Order may be placed by mail, telephone or fax.   The following information should be included in each order:

• Campany Name
• Name of Contact Person
• Email Address
• Telphone Number
• Fax Number
• Purchase Order Number
• Catalog Number
• Name of Product
• Quantity of Each Product

Discount are available for large quantity or bulk orders.   Orders over 10 items will automatically receive a 5% discount.   Please inquire for price of bulk quantity of any product.
